Terms

When you place an order, the pieces are reserved and you receive an order number. That is a request for us to sell you those pieces. We contact you by email or phone to arrange payment before we pack or dispatch. Online card payment is not available on the site yet.

Give us a name, email, and South African phone number we can actually reach, and a delivery address in South Africa if the order is being sent. If we cannot complete the order, we will tell you.

Prices are in South African rand, as shown on the product page when you add the piece. Delivery is free on orders over R1,500 for PostNet, PAXI, and The Courier Guy, and is otherwise shown at checkout. Collecting in Durban has no delivery fee. We pack only after payment is confirmed. We deliver in South Africa only, in 2–5 working days after payment is confirmed, by the method you choose. Collection in Durban is ready once payment is confirmed. We message you and you bring the order number. If it does not arrive in that window, write to us with the order number and we will help.

You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Contact us and we will guide you through it, including the refund amount, before you send the piece. Worn, washed, or de-tagged pieces, and anything outside that window, cannot come back. The full steps are on the returns page.

We buy in small quantities. When a size sells out it may not come back. Descriptions and photographs are there to show the piece; the product page is the record of the sizes we still have. If you are between sizes, message us before you order.

We use your details to fulfil the order and to reply to you. We do not sell them. How long we keep them, who else sees them, and how to ask for a copy or deletion is on the privacy page. Questions about these terms go to monocoluxe.ecommerce@gmail.com. South African law applies.
