Delivery

If payment is confirmed today, expect the parcel between Tue, 27 Oct – Fri, 30 Oct. That is 2–5 working days, weekends left out. We count from the day payment is confirmed and the parcel is handed to the courier, which is the same window on the product page.

Collecting in Durban is different: your order is ready once payment is confirmed. We message you, and you bring the order number.

Nothing leaves Durban until payment is arranged. The path is short on purpose.

   Every piece is looked over in Durban, then handed to the courier you chose.

   When it ships, the email includes tracking if the courier gives us a number.

You choose at checkout. Free delivery over R1,500 applies to PostNet, PAXI, and The Courier Guy. Collecting in store is always free.

For PostNet and PAXI, we confirm the nearest collection point after payment, using the address on the order. Door delivery is The Courier Guy, to the street address you give us.

Place your order online and our team will contact you by email or phone to confirm and arrange payment before dispatch. Online card payment is coming soon.

We do not take card numbers on the website. Your pieces stay reserved while we arrange payment, and we pack only after that is confirmed. If you need to change the address, write to us before then.

Anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship outside the country. If a courier cannot reach you, write to us with the order number and we will help from Durban. If the parcel has not arrived inside the window above, do the same.

Changed your mind after it arrives? Unworn pieces with tags can come back within 30 days. The steps are on the returns page.
